I had to wait in line for 20+ minutes to see a rental agent to complete the rental contract. I rent cars for business trips and speeding through the rental process is important. I’m a Budget Fast Break and a National Emerald Aisle member and can get in and out of the rental lot quickly. I’m a regular renter through Easy Rent because you survey many rental agencies and get the best price, but I don’t like how long I have to wait at the rental counter. Could Easy Rent devise a way that regular Easy Rent customers could be expedited in the rental lines?

Like: Great offer price and much lower than publisher rates at respective official car rental sites!
Dislike: Rate was low but it did not specify no insurance was included. Ended up paying for insurance that’s more than the car rental rate.

Like: Good condition car

Like: Shuttle drivers were very nice, so were the counter staff. Drop off staff friendly as well! Car was great, all options and having sat radio was a plus.
Dislike: Only problem encountered was the drive to and from. Much of it due to LAX. It can take a long time to drive through especially if you get picked up at the first gates. Drive back was a little slow too due to the fact we picked up many arriving rental customers (filled the bus) along the way. Not the drivers fault, but is time consuming.

Like: Overall service was great.
