Good. Used advantage before and would use again

The Advantage staff at the counter insisted that I need to buy their insurance despite of having super cover insurance and telling me that the police will fine me for not having proper insurance, after I denied he started showing a very bad attitude. I was given a smaller car, dirty and involved in an accident. This is a second time having a very bad experience with Advantage.

Everything was excellent.

Disappointed with choice of car, paid for SUV and a Jeep was supplied.

Process of booking car was flawless, customer service excellent.

Ordered a Intermediate SUV and ended up with a 7 seater People Carrier. Upon returning the vehicle, filled up at a Gas station 5 miles from Airport. Waited 30 minutes for person to check vehicle and was charged U$ 15.00 because needle was not over the Full. Attendant was very rude and did not listen when told that vehicle was filled up 5 mile ago. Absolutely outrageous behaviour from this attendant.

Car was in poor condition, with scratches to rear body, no offside rear reflector & not very economical.

On collecting car I was told to check for damage (scratches didn't count, only dents). Found 2 dents. Never had a rental car with any damage before.
