Like: The environment, natural beauty & friendly people. Foods are satisfying & delicious. Trips really smooth & enjoyable. No hassle.
Dislike: Signage mostly in Thai language & need to stress more on English. Some of the hotel staff are poor in English & some do not speak in English at all. Bad public relation.

There is only one counter at international building in Phuket airport. But I’ve landed at domestic so I need to walk across the building when pick-up and drop-off which is not convenient with the luggage.

2 hour wait...refused to upgrade me to larger cars that were onsite and available. Made us wait 2 hours past my booking time. also counter is located in a tent outside the terminal
