Great vehicle, no hassle

Like: I’ve had bad experiences with car rentals before, but no hassle with Hertz about any minor scratches that were there before (which was my experience with another company). The vehicle we got was more car than we registered for—a Chevy Tahoe instead of a Pathfinder, which worked out better for us anyway. The car was clean, new and lots of features, and perfect for hauling the big group we had.
Dislike: The distance from the kiosk to the rental pickup was a bit far away—which was okay, but we didn’t walk around the car together, at least at this airport rental office.

Hertz has many branches across the US and offers better service compared to other brands. Picking up and returning the car was very convenient, and we didn't experience any inconvenience during the pandemic.

“Simple process, excellent experience with QEEQ”

Easy to pick up and drop off, and the car got the job done in the end. I do wish they'd had what I'd booked (a hybrid vehicle), but unfortunately they didn't and were offering me alternatives that cost more (Tesla) or were tiny two-door electric vehicles that wouldn't fit me plus my luggage. Had to go with a full petrol option instead.
