I chose full insurance from the car rental company when booking through QEEQ. At pickup, they offered roadside assistance, which I declined, and they didn't push further. I reserved a C-class Nissan Versa but received a B-class Kia Forte instead. The starting mileage was about 37,000 miles, but the car's condition was decent. While driving, a small stone cracked the front windshield. Since I had full insurance, when returning the car, they only asked about the cause, location, and time of the damage, and the insurance covered everything. A $200 deposit was required at pickup and was refunded immediately after returning the car. Gas prices in California are generally high, and it seems the company estimates a full tank at a higher cost. So, I recommend skipping their refueling option and just refilling the tank yourself before returning the car.

Quite satisfied, but there are too few staff. Picking up a car takes a lot of time. On some busy days, others have already completed their pickups for several people, but they still hadn't finished one. We waited in line for nearly an hour to get the car.
