Easy car pickup, friendly customer service, but the reserved car model was unavailable.

An employee named Sym was very helpful. The first car couldn't connect to Bluetooth, the second and third cars couldn't connect to CarPlay, and it wasn't until the fourth car that it finally worked. However, by that evening, it stopped working again. Truly terrible. In Australia, using a phone while driving can result in heavy fines, so a car without CarPlay is basically useless.

Everything went smoothly overall. The front windshield did crack though, and I’m currently dealing with the insurance claim.
