Car was older and had some servicing problems, was not a very smooth ride

Véhicule pas très récent. Pas de clim ( ventilation)pour les passagers arrieres Nissan Evalia juste pour 6 voyageurs et 5 grands bagages.

Difficile de trouver le lieu de retrait à l’aéroport : -le nom du loueur (AVANCE) n’est pas mis en évidence sur le bon de réservation => difficile de trouver le bon guichet -sur le parking, la zone du loueur n’est pas facile à trouver

Easy process throughout

Easy process and great price. Didn't gain from the price tracker but good to know it was going through the process of checking

I would make sure that people are aware that they charge an extra fee for dropping the vehicle off early even if it’s unavoidable due to the airline changing your flight. We were charged an extra 25 euros which was very frustrating.

Booking with QEEQ was simple and affordable.

Picked up from Athens airport at night. Red flags went up right away at terminal counter. Online we went for VW Golf, but Avance employee told us we would be getting Mercedes A Class and showed us a picture highlighting features. She started pitching additional coverage complete with old school calculator to illustrate potential cost savings in the event of an accident. As soon as we told her we had already purchased coverage online, Poof! suddenly the Mercedes was no longer available because "it was not returned in time by the previous renter" so we were back to a Golf. At the rental car center where staff was sparse and reeked of cigarette smoke, the Avance employee was friendly enough but in crowded parking lot made a big show of going over the car carefully to make note of its condition. We commented that it was hard to tell if he would have a complete record of the many minor scratches as well as some cracks in lights on the vehicle in the poor lighting. He insisted they have a full history of the condition in their systems and that the most minor scratches would not be an issue. He tried to put us at ease, but we were concerned having never gone through this kind of thing when renting from major companies. We returned the car in the afternoon, and when an employee came to check the gas level, etc. we were told there was a problem. Again we waited. Finally we were told there was a new dent on the underside of the car. We objected that we had no problems and that the employee at pickup had definitely not examined the underside of the car with a flashlight so we could not know whether the damage was already there. Avance supervisor insisted their records did not show this damage. We went to look at car together, the supervisor found a scratch on the rear bumper he insisted was also new. After back and forth he walked way crumpling up the damage sheet and throwing it over his shoulder saying "I don't give a sh*t." At least he assured me we woul

The vehicle we got had plenty of room for all six of us but was quite beat up. Everything else (customer service etc) was fine. Insurance up sell was a bit intense.

The car was in good condition, and the process was fluent

Staff and service was perfect. Booked 3 cars, 1 was new (6 day hire) 1 was almost new (7 day hire) and 1 was about 10 years old (3 day hire). Despite the old car which was rubbish (wobbly gearstick, dirty rear seats, window not working for passenger and the engine check came on) I would rent again. The other 2 cars were perfect and so was the staff and service. 2 out of 3 and I understand given the 3 day hire the worse car.

I wish they had a better signs at the Athens airport. I had to ask a few people before I find the rental car location. I got Fiat Panda, manual transmission with 61000km on it. The car is really small, only 2 "in-cabin" suitcases fit into the trunk. Had some random clutch problems, but all overall is OK, surprisingly quite stable on the highway even at 130km/h, and easy to park on tiny Athens streets. You get a car with NOT a full tank, in my case it was almost empty, which is extremely inconvenient , I had to find a gas station ASAP, and when you return the car, most likely you will put some extra gas and loose 20-30 euros.

Car was a bit old (peugeot 301) but in good condition. Multimedia was very basic without support of carplay/android auto. Staff was ok.

The car was brand new. Everything was perfect.

The car was as advertised.

Excellent condition of car, new, very friendly staff although a bit overworked.

Price drop protector saved me 10€, excellent feature

Waited in the car park for 90 minutes. Dreadful services. Airport staff were excellent. Very badly let down by car not being ready.
