Le temps d'attente pour récupérer le véhicule à depasser l'heure. Les personnes au comptoir paraissent incompétente. La file d'attente était de plus de 15 personnes et les 5 ou 6 assistant ne faisait que de se promener derrière le comptoir. C'est inadmissible F duclos

Le véhicule était légèrement plus petit que le modèle réservé. L'attente inconsevable pour récupérer le véhicule. Plus de 1h30 de file. INADMISSIBLE. Plus long que le vol.

Good car and rental. Still haven't received any communication from them after the rental, including them holding on to my deposit even though they said the car was alright.

Car was clean and perfect for what we wanted. When we dropped the car off my wife realised after 20mins that she had left her mobile phone in the car and we were in the airport building. The staff were great as the returned the car from where it had already been taken, found the phone and got it back to my wife within 5-10mins.

The transaction took nearly 50 minutes with Budget trying to inappropriately get more money out of us. Very poor opinion of Budget.

The car provided was far smaller than had been booked, and no alternative was available. This was positioned as an "upgrade" as it was an automatic, whereas a manual had been booked. I don't really care about the gear system, that wasn't what I asked for or booked. I asked for a car big enough to comfortably fit 4 adults and a child with luggage. This was not provided and Budget offered no apology. very disappointing.

They tried really hard but found it hard to cope with just a few customers.

We only got a Ford Focus despite booking an SUV but accepted it as we were in a rush , crap pick up but good drop off.

The petrol gauge dropped incredibly quickly form "full" to one bar down throughout our trip. This meant that although we filled up with petrol 4 mins from the airport as we arrived at the airport drop off, the petrol guage dropped and we were charged 26 euros which was v expensive, particularly in the context of the overall price of the rental

Had to wait 2 hours in total to get the car even if I booked online. Very low service. Waited one hour and a half standing at queue and only 6 customers in front of me. After this, had to wait another 30min. outside for the car and I didn't get the car I booked.

there has got to be a way to fully check in on line and reduce time spend getting the car......always slow

the car could barely go to 40 km/h in the mountains. Otherwise it fit our purpose. We couldn't reach budget but somebody was able to go at the counter to change the dates and they did.

The car was clean and well equipped. Built in navigation was a bit of a bonus. We appreciated the six gear transmission. We rented a Dacia--I wish they had those in the United States. All in all, Budget did a fine job. Checking in and out were simple. My only criticism is that the Budget representative sought to get u to take Budget insurance, when we had already paid for the upgraded insurance package with QEEQ. But we simply declined and all was fine.

QEEQ has been a wonderful discovery. It has led us to discounts we could not find any other way. Our rentals have been seamless. We have gotten what we reserved at the time and place reserved, and staff have been most accommodating. I do wish one could modify a QEEQ reservation directly rather than canceling a reservation and rebooking the desired rental.

When returning the car Sabri was very pleasant to deal with which made the drop off less stressful...thanks!
