Wait time was too long. Info required could have been collected in advance. Car provided was not as requested and was positioned as a ‘free uprgrade’ which is nonsense.

They forced us to upgrade by 2 categories because they didn’t have the car we originally booked. We have to wait an hour and the car was dirty.

Took a very long time to get the car. The guy on the desk kept sales pitching to get the person in front to upgrade. It was extremely frustrating. Also on the paper work it said to go to a different pick up address, wasting my time walking around while it was raining

Terrible staff, they don't care about anything. Car given with full tank and low pressure in tyres.

Do NOT rent a car with EASIRENT. (the car renting company, not the booking platform) The pick up process was beyond terrible, lasted over 1 hour and we felted scammed! We had already paid for insurance when we booked the car online, and the first thing they offered when we arrived was to buy insurance again otherwise a 1500£ deposit was required (higher than what was in the booking e-mail). Other members of our group (not the main driver in the booking) had valid credit cards but we were not allowed to used them, and thus the main driver had to contact the bank about the credit plafond. While we were waiting the staff was rude to us asking if we would take long and they had other things to do. We were taking long because they added several complications and would not accept other credit cards!! The whole process took over 1 hour, it was a terrible experience and they tried selling their own insurance over what we had already paid several times (se we wouldn’t have to pay the 1500£ deposit), it felt very much like a scam.
