The car condition is perfect,well maintained.

The car was smelly and quite dirty. Ofcourse a pickup will have some dust but the middle console where the cup holders were looked untidy and we even had ants living in the car.

staff is very helpful and nice. But the car’s tyre alignment need to service.the steering keep to the left side all the time.

The car we booked was not available. We were given an upgrade with no extra cost. The car was brand new. The staff who attended to us at pick up and drop off were efficient and friendly.

The Car was in a very good condition. Hertz service was simply superb and their staff were quite prompt in their service. At the time of dropping, we noticed some issue with the fuel level indicator. They politely accepted my complain and within one day confirmed the issue from their side and did not charge any additional charges. I would like to specially thank Ms. Fitri who followed up on this and responded promptly. I will recommend Hertz, especially for their service and kind staff.

Very basic counter. Very old car with lots of scratches, lots of KMs, etc. Not the type of car that you expect when you are paying for a Hertz that has a premium price attached to it.

Car conditions getting old.

Car type changed without notification. I got sedan instead of SUV.

Like: Everything is great as expected except Poor Office Location (which is not your company fault) since the Airport authority decided to house all car rental companies at such a remote/hard-to-find location.
Dislike: Location of all car rental companies being located

I booked for BMW X1 but was given BMW 320. Car boot was smaller - and we have difficulty fitting the 4 pieces of luggage.

The lady we dealt with at Senai airport on both collection & drop-off was excellent. A great ambassador for Hertz - I believe her name is: Aqilah Fasyhah Binti Tumin. Based on our experience with her; we'd use Hertz again.
