Al ir a recoger el coche tuve que esperar casi dos horas de espera. Tenía reservado GPS y no tenían disponible. El coche facilitado era de gama superior a la reserva, muy satisfecha.

Although QEEQ booking included Third Party insurance, this did not appear on Hertz records and I was asked to buy it as it is mandatory in California. There is some disconnect that should be fixed. Had I bought it, it would have cost me almost $200 more!!

Like: reserved a crew-cab truck for a long weekend with some friends. Got a Nissan Titan - really nice truck with very low miles, interior was in great condition. Excellent value!
Dislike: I literally have no complaints. I picked up at 12am, so the staffing at the counter was a little slow - but I understand that the pickup time was less than ideal.

We had an issue with the wiper fluid. We travelled from Reno to South Lake Tahoe and noticed that the wiper fluid kept freezing with the lower temperatures. I kept a bottle of winter solution on hand to splash on the windshield whenever the windshield got too dirty from the weather conditions.
