The car was predominantly as expected. It had a few scratches etc but these had all been recorded. We arrived at a busy time so had to wait for a shuttle and then at the counter for quite a while. Return was super simple and no issues. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very good overall, but as we booked and paid on line before we went some of the charges weren’t explained properly to us ! You could make it clearer about fuel charges and insurance fees. We booked two cars and wanted to add a driver to one , but the guy we dealt with did not listen and added 3 drivers to on and two on the other ! And charged for the extra driver but it was quicker to just go with it.

This Company is absolutely appalling. They bullied us into taking some insurance policy which we didn't need, and said that if we didn't take it, they would charge us over €1500 deposit. We didn't get the car we booked, even though it was supposed to be guaranteed. The staff were rude, extremely unhelpful and downright unprofessional. I definitely would never use them again. Even on drop off, they were rude. They made me re-park the car and criticized me for not filling the car up at their designated fuel station (I assume they get a commission for that as well!)

Car rental very pushie to get us to buy their insurance. If you did not take up the insurance, they will assign new car with no dent, stain at all. Then even at a slightest chance they will find something to charge damage fee. Ours was scratch at left rim where you can easily remove with polishing. But our argument do not go well with the company.

The pickup location is very inconvenient, not located inside the airport, and it closes at 9 PM sharp with no exceptions. They provided a full-size MPV from a local Spanish brand, which has a spacious interior and is very practical to use.

Staff at the Alicante railway station office, are always so pleasant and helpful and treat you as a valued customer. No hard sales to take out extra insurance.

RIP OFF One lady on the counter waited over 30 minutes to get my paperwork while she was doing the up selling bit to another English customer in front of my family Then when I got to the counter I had the big up sell on everything which is another story Returned the vehicle early in the morning as our flight was very early, I videoed the vehicle before parking up the vehicle was in prestine condition I have been noticed by my credit card company they have taken over £400 off my card for I don’t know what, I have now got to fight budget to get my money back the whole rental was a scam, cheap hire and take what money you want off the customers card at the end I will be taking this to the highest level with maximum exposure to avoid others being ripped off

Service of budget was terrible. Aggressive selling of larger car. Aggressive selling of extra insurance. I think an Audi q3 is smaller than a bmw 3 series too. Not happy at all. Man was rude and slow Asked me to bring a receipt Showing I’d topped up fuel.

The guy on the desk at Goldcar was possibly the rudest person I have ever dealt with. He definitely shouldn’t work in customer service. He was very put out we had our own Insurance and therefore did not require his. If goldcar and up as an option in qeeq again I would not book.

4 out of 4 desks manned so not long in queue compared to other providers used before. But due to Vehicle having lots of marks and I wanted an agent to come and check it over with me they just told me to take photos but I was not happy with this and they finally sent an agent, so was delayed because of this. I identified 5 new marks which they had not got on their own report

Had a very long wait of one and a half hours to get the keys at the airport. Firefly knows in advance when people are arriving to collect cars and how many. Why are arrangements not made to deal with customers in a timely manner? The customer service representative did not apologise for the wait. I had 3 young children and it was 11pm at night. Instead he had a go at trying ti confuse me into buying extra insurance.

No. I needed a 7 seat car with space for suitcases and the wasint space for a backpack in the trunk when all seats were being used. They tryed to sell me more insurance. I was charge cleaning and gas fee

I have hired many cars in multiple locations. I can honestly say Leasys was the best experience from beginning to end. The staff were so helpful and a breath of fresh air. They were kind and patient with elderly clients who were having difficulty with an automatic car. I had to call twice during my hire and was assisted promptly and once again with a caring manner. All the staff spoke fluent English and this was a real help to me with my pigeon Spanish. I will definitely be using Leasys again and will be recommending it to my family and friends. Well done Alacante Leasys - you were an absolute pleasure and a real credit to your company. Full marks in all areas.

Very good service by Europcar staff at Alicante airport. Collection of vehicle was fast and straight forward. Car was perfectly clean outside with a seal across the door to show it had been CV19 cleaned inside. Drop off was really excellent - a lady met us as we pulled in the drop off bays, she checked it over and signed us off in less than 5 mins. Got an email 10 mins later with certificate to say all was fine and no extra charges for anything (as I expected). Europcar - Keddy run a great service - superb!

Location of pick up at Alicante airport is a bit difficult. Once found, we had to wait a bit for the mini bus. The mini bus took up straight to the door to be greeted by a gentleman who told us to go and get a ticket. Check in was smooth and straight forward. No hard selling!! Which was a major bonus. Car was in great condition, practically new. Would recommend.

The pick up location is extremely difficult to find. There is no sign up whatsoever for Amigo. This needs to be addressed urgently as we spent over an hour trying to find it.

At pick up tried to sell fully comp insurance but already had multi trip Zurich backed top up insurance. WS told this will not fully cover damage costs but ignored this and did not take extra insurance

I had trouble finding which provider was renting this car as the hirer is a subsiduary of GOLD car but it was not obvious. The woman on the desk was very agressive and tried to sell me more insurance although I explained to her that I had already bought this through the online purchase. She kept saying the car was not insured. The car provided was full of dents and scratches and although I took loads of photos I am waiting to hear if they now try and bill me for some of these!

The service executive at the pickup counter was not very transparent. He tried very hard to upsell to very expensive options and was not transparent about the insurance options. I had to ask a lot of questions to really understand what was applicable to me so that i did not get overcharged

Be very aware on pick up, counter staff FORCE you take their extra insurance. And try every trick in the book to get you to take it on. Even when I purchased the extra insurance through easy rent cars through AXA. Girl on the desk said we were covered for nothing. And would be charged at any and every event. She even said she didn't know who AXA was, yet when she opened their insurance policy. They were covered through AXA. My advice, DO NOT be fooled by their lies. If your policy has it on black and white. Stick to your guns. They'll even threaten to revoke the voucher and refuse the hire. But you are covered. And don't let them hassle you.
