Pick-up Instructions

Upon arrival at Sea-Tac Airport, please proceed to the baggage claim level and exit the sliding glass doors near carousel number 1 or number 15 and walk to one of the two designated shuttle bus pick up areas. Airport Rental Car shuttle runs every five minutes and will take you to Rental Car Center.

    The line at the counter was long and there was lots of pressure to add various items onto my reservation. When I went to pick up the actual car, the employee kept telling me they were bringing mine out, but then helped everyone in line before me. After waiting about 40 minutes for them to bring the car out, the man had lost my receipt (he took it with him to pull the car). He told me the employee at the gate could print a new one. Got to the front of the gate. Employee had no idea how to do this. Had to wait at the front of the line and hold everyone else up behind me for about 20 minutes until they printed a new receipt. Pick up was a VERY slow process.

    Took over an hour in line at SeaTac airport to get car. When I got to car, no keys. Had to wait until they determined they could not find the keys, and then they delivered another vehicle to replace the one I had orginally rented.

    When we arrived there was a long line of customers with reservations and they had NO CARS! We waited in line because they were saying they would price match to another company, but when we finally got to the agent she said they wouldn't price match for us because ours was a one way rental. We had to take an uber to a hotel at 2:30 am and come back in an uber at 8 am, which made a bad start to our vacation. The next morning they did at least upgrade our car.

    This place is a scam, do not rent with them! I waited in line for over an hour and they claimed they didn't have any cars! How do you not have any cars when you have a reservation? I had to book with another company for twice the price, but at least I got a car. STAY AWAY!

    The wait time in line at pick up was far too long. When I was finally able to get to the counter the agent went to Dollar (next booth over) to inquire if I could get the same type of vehicle for the same price because Fox didn't have any available. Lucky for me they did, but I had to haggle with them about the price because the Fox agent told them something different from my reservation, but I was able to show the Dollar agent what I had reserved & wanted. If I had not had the information to show them I don't know what would have happened.
