The wait time in line at pick up was far too long. When I was finally able to get to the counter the agent went to Dollar (next booth over) to inquire if I could get the same type of vehicle for the same price because Fox didn't have any available. Lucky for me they did, but I had to haggle with them about the price because the Fox agent told them something different from my reservation, but I was able to show the Dollar agent what I had reserved & wanted. If I had not had the information to show them I don't know what would have happened.

Took forever in line to get car.

a bit long wait but staffs was really helpful. They changed a better when they found tires was broken.

some problems with them, long time to get the car, more than one hour the car was in a bad condition, with doors scratched and suspention making some noises

yeasy and fast to rent a car, could not charge the reservation

Car was great ride; serviced us well. After waiting at FOX desk, deferred to Payless and waited again (only downside)
