When we arrived there was a long line of customers with reservations and they had NO CARS! We waited in line because they were saying they would price match to another company, but when we finally got to the agent she said they wouldn't price match for us because ours was a one way rental. We had to take an uber to a hotel at 2:30 am and come back in an uber at 8 am, which made a bad start to our vacation. The next morning they did at least upgrade our car.

we have to wait in line like 50 minute and although we do have reservations, hey said they don’t have any cars??? terrible company
