Great vehicle.

Took over an hour in line at SeaTac airport to get car. When I got to car, no keys. Had to wait until they determined they could not find the keys, and then they delivered another vehicle to replace the one I had orginally rented.

The line at the counter was long and there was lots of pressure to add various items onto my reservation. When I went to pick up the actual car, the employee kept telling me they were bringing mine out, but then helped everyone in line before me. After waiting about 40 minutes for them to bring the car out, the man had lost my receipt (he took it with him to pull the car). He told me the employee at the gate could print a new one. Got to the front of the gate. Employee had no idea how to do this. Had to wait at the front of the line and hold everyone else up behind me for about 20 minutes until they printed a new receipt. Pick up was a VERY slow process.

some problems with them, long time to get the car, more than one hour the car was in a bad condition, with doors scratched and suspention making some noises

yeasy and fast to rent a car, could not charge the reservation

Check in was miserable with a wait of an hour and with long line customer reps took a break in lieu of helping long waiting customers.
