Most efficient service in Hawaii

Overall good impression, but they charged an additional 8 dollars for extending the booking.

They pushed the Fuel Service Option on us, which I might have avoided if my English were better. Also, we returned the car at 7 PM (closing time is 8 PM) to save a night's parking fee. In the rush, I left my GUCCI sunglasses in the car. When I went back at 7:45, the staff said they couldn't find them. So upset and heartbroken!

The drop off site near airport in Honolulu was very unprofessional. I had doubts on whether it was official Hertz location.

Overall good. Quick pick-up and drop-off, no forced sales. However, the car I booked was not the same level as the one I received. I booked a Nissan Altima, but was given a Hyundai Sonata. This big difference was unsatisfactory.

Someone will drive the car down and then thoroughly inspect it.

My reservation was hiring a convertible car. When I was picking up my car at the rental office, the Hertz staff told me none of convertible cars was available. I was suggested either to wait 20 minutes (actually it took me 1 hour to pick up the car) to pick up a convertible car or accept to pick up a Jeep Wrangler instead. It was totally a terrible experience to rent a car from Hertz.

The store is easy to find and the staff are very friendly.

Great car hire however very disappointed that when I booked I saw somewhere it said free additional Driver but when we picked up car this wasn’t the deal and I couldn’t find details anywhere after booking that the free drivel deal was applicable so that was very dissapointing as I booked through this company to get this deal

Pickup was convenient and fast. The staff was very friendly. Had no issues driving around Hawaii.
