HARTFORD CAR RENTAL REVIEWS

Satisfied.

Like: All of your staff were extremely friendly and personable.

Like: Service was very good
Dislike: The car needed a push up hills in CT

Thrifty and Dollar share the same venue and office. We arrived at midnight and there were two other customers ahead of us. We waited for about an hour to get the car. It seemed the system was down that day, so everything had to be processed manually, which caused the delay.

Extremely satisfied

Very satisfied

The counter staff was very friendly. My car was not ready when I got to the pickup place, I had to wait like half an hour for them to clean it (It just got returned)and get it ready.

During the pandemic, the security guard handled the process for me. It was quite good because there was a power outage and I had to wait for a while, but they automatically upgraded my car.

No lines, proper sanitation during COVID-19

I booked a Corolla sedan but they gave me a pickup truck. Thankfully there were only two of us, otherwise the luggage wouldn't have fit.

Pretty good. Initially, all credit cards were rejected, but later they switched to another computer to process it.

Like: Professionalism
Dislike: Spent about $500.00 for the 3 days rental. Still had to Get uber to and from airport to pick up and drop off location which is about 10-15 minutes ride. Costing me an additional $40. 00

Like: The staff was super friendly and the facility and car we're both really clean.
Dislike: My car had a vibration, but other than that, everything was great!

Barely had to wait in line at all.

Very friendly and helpful staff.

I think it was okay, but had to solve some issues myself.

The big company is very professional.

It was close to perfect. Only comment was the return process seemed understaffed. went to the booth and their service was excellent.

Overall a good experience.
