Tough Jeep

Shuttle driver was the only good part of the transaction. One guy at the counter. Acted like he was doing me a favor by acknowledging me. Even asked if my insurance card was real. No professionalism. Rented a Corolla, but received a Jeep. Okay, but was assured the low tire light being on was no big deal, it's a sensor, "we go over all of our vehicles before they go out". 1/8 tank of gas - really? First stop is the gas station. Get out on the highway, lots of bugs. No washer fluid! Guess their version of going over a vehicle is much different than mine. Last time I will use Routes.

Yes, it exceeded my expectation. There is no wait time, as soon as I came out the shuttle was waiting.

The pick up guys are NOT present in the airport unless the customer calls them up for pick-up, STRANGE ! I spent almost an hour waiting :( The car was shaky a bit when driving on highways.

it was not easy to find the shuttle; although all companies outside airport had same space for pickup; other companies were running more shuttles with fewer clients, yours was quite full ; which meant that more people appreciated the price offered;

Was a great deal. As long as you remember to bring your insurance documents with you, you will not find a better price out there. We paid $112 for 5 days and were put in an almost new car with great features. Will use again!
