Car great but Routes counter staff didnt seem aware of what was already prepaid.

From the time my plane landed until I was in a car, TWO hors had passed. There was over a 45 minute wait for the shuttle alone. This was a quick trip into and out of Orlando, which made a delay like this totally unacceptable. I also had to call my insurance company to prove that I didn't need their expensive insurance.

Routes rental car was great.... but, i was lucky i remembered to bring my own insurance,... otherwise, most likely i wouldn't had been happy purchasing theirs.

The counter staff were imbeciles. Had no idea what they were doing. Couldn’t answer simple questions. Couldn’t provide any paperwork or contact info because the printer was broken. Told me to contact MY insurance if the vehicle broke down. Didn’t know their own policies. Totally useless.

Like: Price was fantastic! I thought it was a scam- telling everyone

Like: I rented a Nissan Rogue, but ended up with a Jeep Wrangler with navigation. Our flight was delayed and the airport was a MESS. By the time we made it to the rental place, it was 4 to 5 hours after my expected pickup. They didn't have any Rogue's left but they gave me the Jeep for the same price. It was a nice unexpected surprise after all the other travel issues. It was clean, new and Awesome! Thank you for a sweet week! Car got lots of attention and compliments
Dislike: Need an awning for the drop off for when it is raining and you have to do the vehicle check in.
