Good

Overall, it was okay! I've rented from Ace many times because it's cheap. The location is not inside the airport, so you need to take a shuttle bus. The pick-up spot has changed, it's no longer at the 15-minute free zone, but now it's at the right side of the international arrivals exit where the big buses and hotel shuttles are, which is closer. The car is a bit old, but the service is good. It's fine.

The customer service was good, after we eventually figured out where the shuttle picked up from. The automated directions were very unclear. The car smelt like an ashtray and evidently had previously had a heavy smoker in it which was a bit much. The breaks worked but sounded like the pads were getting thin.

Pick up from airport was ok. The staff could look a bit more enthusiastic and professional. I don’t mind the premises as I prefer to have a good price on the rental. The car had more damage than was originally listed and the upholstery was so incredibly stained.

The rental process was very smooth.

Mr Hasan at the counter was very helpful and made whole process as simple and transparent as possible. 5 stars

I chose an economy vehicle but were forced to take an SUV. Something about a “surprise vehicle” but I chose an economy vehicle online. I ended up paying alot more for fuel than I budgeted for.
