Happy with service

Nous aurions aimé lors de la restitution du véhicule avoir un écrit pour dire que le véhicule rendu était en parfait état. On a rendu les clefs et au revoir.

Rien à dire tout était ok

I had been using EasyRentCars / Alamo bookings for over 3 years on multiple occasions globally, primarily for North Americas. I had reserved Ford Edge equivalent, but when arrived was given a choice between Mitsubishi Outlander I believe and Jeep Cherokee, both choices were not as previous experiences I found the space much more compact as previously I had the new Ford Edge and on an occasion Jeep Wrangler. Driving Experience of the car provided was sub-par. Service from the Front Desk was outstanding, all the members of the team were very friendly and polite, easy to deal with. They tried their best to check other cars that would qualify for the same price, but had limited options.

Great platform, not only I use myself everywhere I travel but also recommended to many family members. The vendors need to be more honest in terms of car options available in stock. This would adjust customers' expectations much appropriately.

Won't deal with Alamo anymore as the front desk did not want to give me the car because of my credit card. Had to call a manager who finally release me the car. Will deal with other dealer who have same credit card criteria and always accepted my different cards

The car shake a bit when I slowed it down on highways going around 100-120 km/h. I believe it needed a service but overall experience was good.

I don't think price drop protection kicked in for my booking but it surely gave me a peace of mind which I appreciate.

Like: Everything outside of trying to contact this location by phone was great. When speaking with the customer representative, he gave me a free upgrade on my next rental - which is great for next time. I also got a free upgrade when I got there. So everything worked out in the end.
Dislike: I tried calling about 15 times between 10:00AM and 2:00PM to see if I could pick up my car early, no one answered the phone. I was told they were short staffed, that's fine, but it's 2018. Give me a voice-over or something that's telling me what's going on.
