This is the second time we’ve used Routes in Orlando and they’ve been great for us! We’ve had great cars both times and gotten an amazing deal each time as well!

So user friendly and easy to use!

I have to say...one of the best experiences with a rental company....The agent that assisted in my rental was exemplary. He was informative, courteous and added to my overall vacation satisfaction...thanks so much. Will definitely recommend this company to others and will use again in my future visits.

The Car ordered was not available but an upgrade was offered at no fee. Cars were clean and new. Did not like that contract had miles per day usage but routes charges .50 per mile over 200 not the contracted amount. Service at routes was less than ideal.

Vehicle had major drive line vibration issue. When I returned the vehicle early the staff could not issue a refund and instead directed me to contact their customer service department.

Terrible service! Took 45 min to get shuttle and only one staff to deal with 4 customers! Never again
