Cheap car

They were giving me a car with bad tires, cuts in 3 of them , unsafe, low profile tires and rims...the rims were all scratched up due to the low profile tires. Should not be renting cars with low profile tires. Manager said he could not give me a different class of car , even though i would have taken smaller. Had to wait over an hour for a Hyundai Sonata lucky that it came back. This was the only car on the lot like this...all others were fine. be very careful on the 300,000 liability of your own insurance you must have to avoid high charges.

This was the WORST car rental I have ever experienced. There was no wiper fluid, the engine light would not go off, there was a terrible ticking sound from the steering column when you made turns, the air pressure light wouldn't go off, the car was dirty, the pick up experience was terrible, and the FORCED me to take the extra insurance, even though I already had insurance through state farm. NEVER AGAIN.

Right cars staff were rude and took forever. I tried to cancel on the spot but was informed that I couldn't because it was past my rental time. Even though I had been there prior to my rental time. I rented through a different company and wont ever even consider right cars again

Never use them again. Forcing additional fees

Like: The agent found a discount to apply for the sun pass.
Dislike: Dirty car.
