I paid for full insurance but Europe car said I don’t have insurance incase of claim I need to pay

Service was great and the whole process was super straightforward. The car itself felt really new and fun to drive—definitely a solid choice.

Very satisfied. Booked through QEEQ, picked up the car at the store. The staff spoke English and were very friendly. They explained everything clearly when I didn't understand. After submitting the order and documents, they asked if we wanted daily insurance for 50 AUD, but we declined as per the booking. They were okay with it. The car inspection was done, and we received a similar car, a Kia Sportage.

The current policies for payment methods really need to be revised. The inconvenience this caused has forced the decision for us to use other car rental companies in future.
