We were not impressed having to wait in line for 3 HRS to get our car.

I waited longer than necessary to pick up the car. There was only one attendant at the counter. It was a 11:00pm pick up.

the only complaint was a very poor job of cleaning the windows, I picked the car up late at night the car was very clean but when I hit the freeway with oncoming lights I couldn't see I had to pull over and wipe the windshield inside and out with a shirt

The car has multiple drapes and scratches on exterior. Car interior smelled like a smoker owned the car. Right front tire began losing air first day after renting

The billing that we got was very confusing. On our bill we were charged $421 for a refuelling fee at $8.99/gal. We returned the vehicle full of fuel as the bill states,so what is this refuelling fee? If the $421 is for something else then call it what it is, I even asked what it was but wasn' t given an explanation
