We were not impressed having to wait in line for 3 HRS to get our car.

Car windows were down when we got the car. When were got back in the car later after the windows were up, the car smelled like smoke.

the only complaint was a very poor job of cleaning the windows, I picked the car up late at night the car was very clean but when I hit the freeway with oncoming lights I couldn't see I had to pull over and wipe the windshield inside and out with a shirt

Had to wait over two hours in line to get to the rental counter. Way too long!

I had prepaid for the rental. I still waited in line for 50 minutes. The Advantage staff member (Kenny) was not informative. I was very rushed through the process. Nothing was explained! If I don't initial and sign as directed I won't be able to rent the car? I was past an hour into the process by then and did not feel like starting over. I over paid $30.00 for the refueling because I refueled the vehicle before I returned it. The Refuel Purchase Option was not explained! I was just told to initial. I will not deal with Advantage again!

yes because i was up graded with no additional charge because on final bill they tried to add double fuel charge, as the car was brought back full..
