“The long wait took time away from our vacation. They need to hire more help!!”

The line to receive our car was ridiculous! And then when we did get to the counter they didn't have a car available for us so we had to wait another 40 minutes. The car had a nasty smell on the inside of it and did not smell fresh and clean.
