the only complaint was a very poor job of cleaning the windows, I picked the car up late at night the car was very clean but when I hit the freeway with oncoming lights I couldn't see I had to pull over and wipe the windshield inside and out with a shirt

The car was awesome, except for one tire which had a slow leak when we got it. We ended up spending a bunch of money filling it with air everyday and then eventually getting it patched ourselves when easyrentcars told us they would not pay for it, but we could drive (2 hours) to the pickup location to get a different car.

Called customer service 7 times got platitudes from different people. No resolutions offered. Expected me to drive 3 hours to Phoenix to trade car. And 3 hours back to where I was staying. Automatically offer $50. Off when returning car. NOT HAPPY!!!
