I stood in line for over 45 minutes to get checked in to rent my car. There were 38 people in line and (3) THREE people at the service counter. Every person took approximately 15 minutes to get checked in!!! It was exhausting! Then trying to navigate the return was was even more disastrous!

Car was great, but the computer system was down so it took us over an hour in line to get to counter to rent the car. There were about 20 people in line when we arrived and no one at any other counter in the airport

The car that was booked was not available. They wanted to up-sell us to a sporty model , which we dec lined. Were given a caravan for the same price as reserved. Not exactly what we wanted for two people but it served our purposes.

“Long lines”

Long lines at the rental counter. Not enuf counter reps. Unacceptable. Confusion returning vehicle. Poor signage in garage.

Called customer service 7 times got platitudes from different people. No resolutions offered. Expected me to drive 3 hours to Phoenix to trade car. And 3 hours back to where I was staying. Automatically offer $50. Off when returning car. NOT HAPPY!!!
