The service attitude was excellent. Although I waited for over half an hour to pick up the car, they washed it beforehand. I originally booked a Peugeot 2008 but received a Peugeot 408. Returned the car at night during heavy rain, and the staff were very efficient and had a great attitude!

“Wouldn't use Avis again”

No staff to check back vehicle. Being blamed for a scratch I did not make. They took money out of my account without telling me. I took photos before I left, but because it was dark my photos are not clear. No one contacted me to explain condition of car. Have to wait till Monday for their photos to compare to mine
