“Never again with easyrentcars”

We booked a minivan but Routes did not have that available when we went to pick up our car. The best option they could give us was 5 seater SUV. Since we had already paid for car rental, we had no choice left. Poor service.

“Average Experience, Lot to improve, but Positive vibes”

The pick up guys are NOT present in the airport unless the customer calls them up for pick-up, STRANGE ! I spent almost an hour waiting :( The car was shaky a bit when driving on highways.
