Overall good experience, the hour wait for the shuttle from airport to location was excessive. Also did not know I needed proof of my personal insurance in addition to the credit card auto insurance coverage I was using. Overall a good experience. I did witness the agent refusing people their rental because their arrival was supposed to be at 10am, they were delayed due to flights and they would not rent to them at 1500h. They actually took them back to the airport and refused to budge saying their rental contract had been closed! Fortunately, I was 30 minutes early, but that was also noted that I was early!

“Average Experience, Lot to improve, but Positive vibes”

The pick up guys are NOT present in the airport unless the customer calls them up for pick-up, STRANGE ! I spent almost an hour waiting :( The car was shaky a bit when driving on highways.

Staff not friendly, can’t tell the difference between white and grey colours. Staff slow to give service. No compilation for waiting for waiting a total of 2 hours for shuttle.
