Car was not a full size car,car needed some work

Check in took forever because there were only 2 people to handle all of the customers. Vehicle had high miles.

We were upgraded, which was nice after the approx hour wait in line at the counter. Once at the counter it went quickly.

I loved the rebooking option if the rates decrease by an identified percentage. Saved us $150.

Fox is my go to rental. Love the deals and if need to free cancellation

When we arrived at the rental counter there were three agents on duty but two left to go on break. before we got to the head of the line. We waited about 30 minutes to be served because the agent was trying to get the people ahead of to buy extra insurance coverage, as well as prepaying tolls and gas. I realize that agents need a break and that they make money by up-selling but when there's only one agent and a fairly substantial line it would be nice if they would forego the extra commission to get people going. As it is I will not rent from Fox again. I'll pay the extra to go with a major rental car company.

Easy to use and cheaper than the rest. I'll use Easy again.

Car didn’t start had to put it in gear to start it.
