Decent booking experience through EasyRentalCars.com; car very dirty and agent did not replace.

Raised the price from $238 to $271. Switched from dollar to fox at last minute and we waited at dollar for 45 minutes

Car was fine, but it took way to long to pick up the car. Also, the drop off cost (added into the daily rental) was a bit much.

We were upgraded, which was nice after the approx hour wait in line at the counter. Once at the counter it went quickly.

I loved the rebooking option if the rates decrease by an identified percentage. Saved us $150.

Car didn’t start had to put it in gear to start it.

1. There is a exactly 5 people ahead of me and it took more then 1 hour. 2. 3 hours of window from the booking time and u wasted 1 hour standing in que. Fox rentals need to work on this. 3. Vehicle cleanliness need to be improved. 4. They always charge roughly 20$ more then the actual booking price. Some airport fees n all. Good thing is : 1. Fox rental car provided cheaper price compared to other rentals. 2. I got a bigger vehicle then what I booked.
