Rented many cars over the years. Three hours waiting & calling Easyrentcars was terrible!

The counter staff when we picked up the car was very friendly, but a bit slow. When we got our car I said it smelled funny, they said it was a car spray. The smell turned to a smokey smell after the spray wore off. Thankfully we didn't drive long distances, but the small was bad. During pick up it was not mentioned that return shuttles only occur every half hour, whereas pick up was anytime upon request. This would have been good to know.`

I waited a long time to get my car and I was not happy

Not only have I never had a worse car rental experience because of some man named Arius who was working at the counter when I picked up the car; I've never had a worse experience with a business anywhere. Period. This person should not be working there. Or anywhere for that matter. He needs to be fired immediately.

Like: Easy pick up way affordable value
Dislike: The roll roads.

Dislike: The sent in the car was over powering. I have allergies and the smell never left the vehicle.
