Excellent screen system at pickup. Very helpful lady. Drop off in Phoenix went very quickly but transit service to the airport was a nightmare. Very nearly missed my flight. Would have done if I hadn’t dropped luggage in advance. Unacceptable delays but not Alamo’s fault.

Originally we ordered Dodge Van but Alamo Counter staff suggest for bigger car, then we choosed Toyota Sienna which is fulfilled our needs. But during the usage, car required maintenance message appear.

Though Arif was very helpful during the bookin process, but he told me that i do not have full insurance and i have to buy one. Where as I paid almoat 200 aed through Easyrental for the insurance. This was very disaapointing. I felt I was over charged at the booking tume.

All good, but the full insurance which you guys upsell during the booking process is of no sense as the rental guys do not acknowledge it and press us to buy additional insurance
