No, the car I expected Impala was not what I got ! The pick up shuttle was not marked for Easy Car Rental which was unclear for picking up.....

“Do not rent a car from Advantage”

The Advantage staff at the counter insisted that I need to buy their insurance despite of having super cover insurance and telling me that the police will fine me for not having proper insurance, after I denied he started showing a very bad attitude. I was given a smaller car, dirty and involved in an accident. This is a second time having a very bad experience with Advantage.

I waited an excessive amount of time to get my car. Over an hour and a half. The staffing was very poor. When lunch time came the counter help went from 8 people to three. They should have had replacementS. The rest of the experience was fine but I will have to really consider whether Irent from Advantage again.
