The booking process would have been extremely quick and easy if I had not tried out the option to pay with cryptocurrency. They denied my deposit payment with Bitcoin because by the time it was verified and received the amount was off. The deposit amount was then returned to my crypto wallet entailing a fee both ways on a useless system. When I called customer service they knew absolutely nothing about it...even the fact that they accepted crypto in the first place. Besides this, Qeeq was a decent, easy to use platform offering cheap rates on car rentals.

Followed the shared tips, everything went smoothly without any issues. The only downside was the long wait at the rental counter. There was a self-service machine, but it wasn't working, so I had to wait patiently in line.

The car was relatively new, and both renting and returning were very convenient. The staff was patient and enthusiastic. The car was cleaned inside and out. Usually, the paperwork is done in just a few minutes after you arrive at the garage. Very convenient! A great company!

Like: I had a terrible accident because use of a truck tire in the middle of the I-5 freeway, and the Alamo staff were Soooooo nice to me! There was very substantial damage to the car as a result of the accident, and I could not avoid going over the tire. They were very pleasant!!
