The booking process would have been extremely quick and easy if I had not tried out the option to pay with cryptocurrency. They denied my deposit payment with Bitcoin because by the time it was verified and received the amount was off. The deposit amount was then returned to my crypto wallet entailing a fee both ways on a useless system. When I called customer service they knew absolutely nothing about it...even the fact that they accepted crypto in the first place. Besides this, Qeeq was a decent, easy to use platform offering cheap rates on car rentals.

Getting the car through a self-service machine was very quick. During the trip, the car prompted for an oil change, and we easily swapped it for another one at a different location. Alamo staff were very nice and the process was quick. When returning the car, the staff just asked if everything was okay. After confirming, we left the keys and received the bill, which was very fast. Highly commendable.

Overall, it was okay. The first time, they didn't agree to change the car when the oil change light was on. The second time, they replaced the car because the windshield was damaged. When we returned the car, we paid, but the system showed we used the car for an extra day. We are still negotiating.
