The service was excellent. There were no attempts to sell any additional charge items. If you said you didn't need them, they wouldn't push further. However, at the time of return, there were charges we couldn't understand and we're still in contact with customer service to resolve this. Hopefully, it gets sorted out smoothly.

was downgraded from Audi A3 to a Peugeot 2008 i complained that i had paid extra for the Audi they claimed that it was comparable not to me.

As above waited a while to be served at the desk but when served staff were very helpful.

Counter staff were excellent. Courteous, friendly and no hard sales to take out extra insurance. Will definitely use this company again.

I rarely find any other app to offer cheaper car rental.

At pickup the counter staff insisted upon charging me a refuelling charge even though I had booked Full to Full. The Voucher was not complete with Full to Full details. I had to use my own phone to get onto my Emails to find reference to Full to Full. Staff claimed they did not have internet access to do this themselves. Eventually showed them the confirmation and had a new contract printed. Still waiting to see if they refund me the refuelling charge on my credit card. This was highly stressful and meant that I was forgotten about for a long time whilst later arriving customers were dealt with.
