Excellent Experience

I rented a GPS, and it was absolutely terrible. It never let us drive on the highway, even though I had set it to prefer highways over shorter routes. While driving properly on the highway, it would make us exit prematurely, always at toll stations, and no settings could fix this. It seemed like the default was set to a money-saving mode. This GPS made us take many detours, wasting a lot of time. On the first day, we arrived in another city at midnight because of it, and the hotel almost closed. It didn't recognize some roads and couldn't differentiate between one-way and two-way streets. The GPS was awful! Plus, it cost around 10 euros per day, which was completely not worth it and wasted our precious time and energy.

The personnel at the site were helpful but the process was extremely lengthy and they didn’t have the type of vehicle I’d reserved. Also, it was hertz not dollar. I was also charged VAT that was unexpected and the rental car was more than QEEQ said it would be.

Customer service at the Milan Airport is totally poor. long waiting time for no reasons. Vehicle conditions are not the best, many miles, a lot of scratch and poorly cleaned.

Staff was helpful but was a little pushy on selling extras. Didn’t wait for too long.

Easy to make booking , free cancellation and no hidden charges. Only down point it took me a bit of time to find the counter as there is no instructions/ direction in the voucher
