First car interior filthy. Had to make new reservation to change pick up time. Agent insisted I needed Sunpass, which I did not $50 charge for nothing. Your deposit is excessive which most can not afford, I rent with many companies, none charge $500 deposit.

I was disappointed they had to charge my credit card 1800$ They also posted on my credit card the 500 holding charge. It should be held and not charged. I paid 40$ extra for exchange rates on my credit card which I did not expect to pay over and above the total of the invoice

“Charged me for a sunpass customer service rep insisted we would need but never did.”

Terrible experience. Charged for a sunpass I didn't need (customer service rep insisted I would). Shuttle pick up service for airport was a 40 minute wait. Charged for collision damage I said I didn't need.
