Good, but long wait and expensive.

Overall good, but the car's tires kept deflating automatically. Even after switching to another car, the issue persisted. Hope this can be improved.

Overall pretty good. But it was dark and raining heavily when I picked up the car, so it was a bit rushed. The staff only asked if I wanted to buy the highway toll for 180 dollars, which I agreed to without carefully checking the receipt. The next day, I found out there was an extra 300 dollars for insurance. Careless! But later I thought, full insurance is not a bad idea. Still, Dollar should have asked. Also a reminder for renters to pay attention themselves.

There was a piece of chocolate in the console from the previous renter and it had melted. I found it when I reached down to grab my phone. I ended up with melted chocolate all over my hand and pants. I failed to tell them at drop off because I had other things to worry about.

Very simple to use. So simple I didn't even realize I had booked the car when my confirmation number popped up.

Like: The previous time I rented with you it took almost an hour to get the car - the line was quite long and moved slowly. This time was a breeze, and there was one person functioning as a concierge which made it even easier. Also, I got upgraded to a snazzy new car. Wheeee!
