Great service and the vehicle was in excellent condition.

Picking up the car was easy, depending on how busy the store is that day; returning the car was also very convenient and didn't take much time. They provided a new car with no odor, which truly impressed me regarding the environmental standards of foreign vehicles. The new car was in great condition and very pleasant to drive. Overall, I was satisfied. The only downside was that I initially chose to rent a Chevrolet Suburban to experience an American-style long-distance trip, but on the day of pickup, I was informed that only a Dodge Journey was available. Although it was also a 5-door 7-seater and sufficient for my needs, the size, interior space, and experience were quite different. It seemed like a basic version as it didn't have a backup sensor, which was a bit disappointing.

The Dollar phone representatives were extremely unhelpful. They told me that I could return the car early and receive a pro-rated rate and when I arrived at the counter, I was told otherwise. I ended up returning the car early and paying the full amount. When at that point, I attempted to keep the car, per the original agreement, the counter representative become hostile and verbally abusive.

I paid $89 for a car that would have been $60 or less at National, Avis, etc. The staff attempted multiple times to not honor the pricing even though they knew full well what they were doing. The excuses they made were up did not make sense and seemed to be apart of some scam. I have attached a photos of the easy car and Dollar car rental agreement. Even this took half an hour if arguing with somebody who thought they were the smartest behind the desk clerk alive. The total cost was supposed to be $178. They tried to charge $480 at first!

I just used the internet booking service which was good because few other car rentals had vehicles that week.
