The service was great, but the car was very old. Although it was cleaned briefly before handover, it was still quite dirty inside. The car model was outdated and did not have a USB port for charging phones.

A wide range of models and quantity available, easily meeting our needs. Numerous pickup and drop-off locations made it very convenient. Customer service was good, and waiting times for both pickup and drop-off were short due to many service counters. The contract was clear with no pressure to purchase insurance. The car itself was of good quality. Overall, a great rental experience!

The use of ezpass its too expensive. I paid 51 bucks for a toll of 16. Even when I not activate ezpass. The car was very good, but not as close as advertised. You gave me a Kia Sorento, when the contract said Nissan Pathfinder.

Like: First time traveling so far away from home and the staff helped get us to the correct area of the airport by dropping us off instead of trying to navigate through the garage to the shuttle back to the airport!
