I asked the counter representative about filling up on return. She said the gas station was close to the airport. It wasn't, and I didn't have time to find it after arriving back at Victoria airport. When discussing this with the present counter representatives they were extremely rude and unhlpful. I will not use Thrifty again.

We booked a Dodge charger. However, when we got to Thrifty, they did not have a Dodge Charger available. However, after reviewing our booking confirmation they were able to locate a Mustang GT at a different location. We appreciated the efforts made to get us a satisfactory vehicle. the whole process did, however, take considerably long that we planned for since we had to wait for them to get the vehicle from a different location.
