Car had 50 k miles on it....old

We had to wait 40 minutes before someone picked us up at airport. I tried to call customer service and was on hold for over 20 minutes.

First car they gave me had a tire going flat. Car was not clean and dinged up. Took pictures as I was totally nervous I would get charged for it. No air on shuttle, shuttle was slow in arriving, service was slow. I will not book with them again.

easyrentcars was easy and I appreicated being able to buy the insurance at the time of booking as well.

I was told to fill out the vehicle inspection form myself and hand it in at exit, but there was noone to hand it to. The windshield had a small chip, that i marked on the sheet. While driving the car it turned into a larger crack. I want to make sure i am not charged for this, but haven't heard anything yet.

Finding a car at a good rate was easy. I also needed a child seat which i requested, but it was not tied to my reservation at all.

Need find a smoother more modern way to get vehicle to customers at desk. Waiting for car another 15 mins to go thru car wash then it’s still dirty inside and bugs still stuck to windows

Love your price drop. But needs to be more easier and noticeable to apply to your rental.
