Very good, extremely satisfied

Apart from the annoying upsells, everything was fine. We got two booster seats (without backrests) for children. We booked a car similar to a Sharan and received a brand new (15000 km) Renault Intiale. The electronic control system is comprehensive, featuring power folding seats in the last two rows, a power tailgate, keyless entry, auto-lock, a heads-up display, automatic speed and distance recognition, and an emergency brake system (which we didn't need to use). There's also a touch screen the size of an iPad with excellent navigation, much more reliable than a phone's GPS, likely capable of estimating the position in tunnels based on the car's mileage.

Tried to charge me for previous damage

We had to pay 50 euros extra per day as they didn’t have snow chains. They only had Car with Winter tyres. Very disappointing.
