Long wait at the counter to get the car. Car needed new wiper blade.

Long wait to get the car at the rental counter. System or employee taking too long. Employee not friendly. Car needed new wiper blades as it was hard to see in the rain in Seattle. And it rains almost daily there. Kinda of a safety hazard.

Would have been nice to have a fob, but had to use a key to get in the Jeep the whole time. They said they don’t give fobs on Jeep Wranglers.

“Booking and pick up of the vehicle was a breeze. Pick up and return however was a tedious process.”

The Jeep we rented had some electrical issues that effected the radio. It was really an inconvenience to have to go all the way back to the airport ( over an hour away) to exchange cars.
