Convenient and fast. I picked up the car at the airport, Hertz has a counter there. It's on the first floor of the parking structure across from the terminal. The Nissan Qashqai with automatic transmission was easy to control.

No extra charge for returning the car in a different location, and they have a self-service return option! Very convenient and good.

Car was not as ordered, they said they do not have that model any more. Staff "Stephanie' at hertz pick up location very rude and unhelpful as we tried to ge a car that looked half decent. Booking platform good, but not up to date as vechicle order is not available any more.

The car was better than expected and the staff were helpful and friendly, both picking up and dropping off. The overall experience was very smooth.
