The pick-up and return procedures were quick. The free shuttle bus to and from the airport was convenient. I booked a Toyota, but I could choose among similar cars when picking up the vehicle, and then just drive off.

Alamo's service is great and the prices are very affordable. The best part is that you don't need to pay in advance; you can pay at the store. Both picking up and returning the car were very quick, especially the return process, which only involved a brief check before we were on our way. Very good experience, will choose them again next time!
