The store is located on the second floor of the DISCOVERY BAY building, diagonally across from the famous RED LOBSTER restaurant in Hawaii. The corner of the ground floor has a McDonald's, making it easy to find. Since my hotel was at the Hawaii Prince Hotel, it was only a 5-minute walk. The store had a single storefront with two staff members, and plenty of brochures available for self-service.

Taking a trip to Hawaii was really worth it with this car rental company. If you join a tour, it costs $115 per person, but renting a car for a day is only $69. Plus, they upgraded my sedan to an SUV for free. I was very happy with that. The rental process was also very convenient, taking only 10 minutes. I'll definitely consider choosing this company again next time.

Only a $1 pre-authorization was charged. The paperwork was completed quickly, and no additional optional services were suggested.

Overall no complaint. Pickup location was a little bit hard to find.

As always, the process was simple and convenient. Although there was no Grand Cherokee available, I was given a Dodge instead.
